Please review these terms before using BrickGPT or purchasing a plan.

What the service provides
BrickGPT creates AI visual steps boards and assembly videos from model images. Results are visual demonstrations, not verified LEGO instructions, parts inventories or engineering plans. AI can omit parts, change details or show impossible connections. Check results before sharing or using them; physical buildability requires separate verification. BrickGPT is an independent service and is not affiliated with LEGO or the BrickGPT research project.
Your account and uploads
Keep access to your sign-in email secure. Upload only images and other material you own or have permission to process. You retain your rights in your input material and authorize the processing needed to deliver the service. Generated content may resemble other outputs and may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection. Do not use the service for illegal content, infringement, abuse or unauthorized access to another account.
Plans and generation allowance
The price, billing interval and included allowance are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. A generation may reserve an allowance while it runs. Completed saved outputs consume the allowance; a failed generation releases its reservation. Sending the same completed request again does not consume another allowance. If a charge or allowance appears incorrect, contact support with the job or receipt reference.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew according to the terms displayed at checkout until cancelled. Use the billing portal from your account to manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and is separate from a refund request; your portal shows the effective date. See Refunds and Cancellation for support and billing issues.
Availability, changes and contact
Generation depends on external AI providers and may fail or take time. We do not promise an exact output or uninterrupted availability. We may restrict abusive activity and update the service or these terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Questions or disputes: hello@brickgpt.online.
