How BrickGPT handles your account, model images, generated files and optional analytics.

Account and service data
We store your email address, account identifier, sign-in records and generation history to provide your account, private library and generation allowance. Google sign-in supplies a verified email and Google account identifier; it does not grant access to your Gmail or Drive. Email sign-in uses a one-time code. Essential session and security cookies are required for these features.
Images and generated outputs
Your uploads, steps boards and videos are stored with your account and are not published to the public gallery automatically. Generation sends the image and prompt to our AI providers, including APIMart and its underlying model providers. Providers may receive time-limited links to the images needed for your request. Cloudflare hosts the service and stored files. These providers may process data in other countries under their own policies. Upload only material you have permission to use; avoid personal, confidential or sensitive images.
Payments and support
Stripe handles payment details. BrickGPT stores billing identifiers, subscription status and generation allowances; we do not store full card numbers. If you contact hello@brickgpt.online, we use your message and relevant service records to respond and investigate the issue.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and our Growth analytics collect page visits and product interactions, such as starting a generation or downloading an output. Growth signup events distinguish email and Google registration without including your email address. Declining analytics does not prevent sign-in, purchases or generation. Use Analytics preferences to change your choice. Browser privacy signals may also prevent Growth collection.
Retention and your choices
Saved outputs remain available in your account until removed or a deletion request is completed. Security, billing and dispute records may need to be retained to run the service or meet legal obligations. Request access, correction, export or deletion at hello@brickgpt.online using your account email. We may verify ownership before acting. Removing an item from the visible library does not itself promise immediate erasure of every stored copy or provider record.
