Refunds and Cancellation
How to handle failed generations, unexpected charges and subscription cancellation.
Last updated: 2026-10-09
Failed generations
An unsuccessful generation releases its reserved generation allowance. This is an allowance correction, not a card refund. If the allowance is still missing, email support with your account email and job reference. Reopening Studio restores the saved status; do not start another paid request merely to check the previous one.
Refund requests and billing errors
For duplicate charges, unexpected renewals, unavailable purchased access or an output-quality concern, contact hello@brickgpt.online. Include the account email, Stripe receipt or order reference, charge date and a short description. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Requests are reviewed using the payment and service records; a refund is not automatic or guaranteed solely by submitting a request. Any mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Cancel future renewals
Open Account, then the billing portal, to manage or cancel a subscription. Check the cancellation confirmation and effective date in the portal. Cancellation does not itself reverse an earlier payment. If the portal is unavailable, contact support before the next renewal so the issue can be reviewed.
AI output limitations
Review the public examples and the AI limitations before purchasing. Boards and videos illustrate a model; they do not guarantee a physically buildable sequence. If a result is materially wrong, provide the affected job reference so we can investigate the generation and allowance handling.
